FISHER, Marcus (Class of 2009)

You are warmly welcomed to leave a message below, share your memories, and celebrate the life of Marcus Fisher who we sadly lost in 2021

FISHER, Marcus (Class of 2009)

This obituary was written by Marcus's father.

Marcus Fisher graduated from Cheadle Hulme in the Class of 2009 and sadly passed away on Sunday October 10th, whilst running The Royal Parks charity half marathon in aid of Prostate Cancer.

During his short life he lived every day to the full, travelling the world and becoming an expert skier and surfer. He was the life and soul of the party and had an abundance of close friends, whom he remained in contact with, when he moved to London, two years ago. Often considered the cheeky boy “at the back of the class”, he nevertheless graduated with Honours from Leeds Metropolitan University and gained an MA with Distinction in Landscape Architecture from The Manchester School of Architecture. At the time of his death he was working as a senior landscape architect for Exterior Architecture.

He will be cherished and missed by so many people and will live on in all our memories.

Should you wish to make a donation in Marcus's memory this can be made via his Royal Parks Half Marathon fundraising page.
