Tickets for the evening are priced at £45 per person and include a three course meal, welcome drinks, and tea/coffee.
A bar will be available on the night to buy additional drinks, and pre-ordering of drinks will also be possible closer to the event date.
If you are registering additional guests you will need the following information to hand: their first and last name, their email address, and their dietary/accessibility requirements.

Please note: Ticket cancellation requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the event. Tickets cancelled after 1 November 2025 will not be eligible for a refund.
We are delighted to be able to offer drinks receptions before the dinner for the Classes of 1965, 1975, 1985 and 1995 who are celebrating key anniversaries since leaving CHS. Reunion groups will also be sat together for the meal.
If you are part of an anniversary year group, please select this option when registering.
We would also like to invite reunion groups to the School during the afternoon for a site tour from 2-3.30pm. If you would like to take part in the tour please select this option when registering. If you would like to join the tour but are unable to attend the Dinner, please email er@chschool.co.uk to register your interest.

The Pinewood Hotel, Handforth, have reserved a number of rooms for 15th November, at a special rate for Old Waconians (subject to availability). The rates are inclusive of breakfast and on a flexible cancellation policy of 4pm the day prior to arrival. Guests are welcome to book the night prior as well on request with the same quoted discount. Old Waconians will also benefit from 10% off any food & drinks purchased in the hotel during their stay.

Kindly provide accurate dietary requirements during registration. While our catering team is exceptional, our facilities have limitations, and alterations will not be possible on the night. The menu will be sent out to attendees one month in advance, allowing you to update your dietary requirements. However, changes made after 1 November 2025 cannot be guaranteed.
As a Dinner attendee, you're entitled to a discounted Old Waconian silk tie or scarf! Simply select the appropriate ticket at checkout to purchase your ticket plus a tie for £15 (usually £20) or a scarf for £10 (usually £15). Your purchase will be available to collect at the Dinner. For a preview visit the CHS Community Shop today. All proceeds from the sale of merchandise will support the CHS Bursary Fund.
Each year our generous diners raise significant funds for the Bursary Fund through our Old Wacs' Dinner raffle. This year, we aim to feature fewer, high-value items.
