Stepping up to receive their Old Waconian Awards, former pupils Susan Bullock CBE, Class of 1977(Distinguished Old Waconian Award) and Haroon Munir, Class of 2018 (Old Waconian Early Career Award), delivered speeches, offering guidance to the graduating class. Susan concluded her speech with motivating words, urging the students to go out into the world, pursue their dreams, and always remember their roots. “Get out there, do it, believe, and always remember where you started.”
Winner of the Old Waconian Contribution Award, Neil Kellett, Class of 1957, received his award in front of other Old Waconians and supporters of the School at a recent Donor Lunch.
Throughout the year, the year group have been actively fundraising towards their Leavers Gift for the Bursary Fund, and have one final auction in place. To learn more about the auction and support their fundraising efforts, click here.
