Join us for one of three open afternoons exploring the rich architectural heritage of CHS. Discover hidden gems through our exhibition of historical plans and photographs from the School's archive, showcasing the evolution of our buildings over time. Take a guided tour of the site, enjoy our heritage and community exhibitions, and participate in our "Draw Our School" activity, where you can capture your own artistic interpretation of our unique architectural landscape. Refreshments (tea and cake) will be available for a donation to the Cheadle Hulme School Bursary Fund.
Please note that booking is essential. The open afternoons are during the school day and all visitors must be expected, and accompanied by a member of staff during their visit. Thank you for your understanding.
The tours will start at 2pm, following which you are welcome to enjoy the exhibition and refreshments until 4pm.
We're also inviting our school community – pupils, parents, staff, and Old Waconians– to contribute their own perspectives. A unique exhibition will feature artwork and photographs inspired by the architecture of the school and its surroundings. See the school through their eyes and celebrate the buildings that inspire them. Interested in submitting your work for the exhibition? More info coming soon.
