Better late than never...join us back at School to celebrate the 127th Old Waconians' Dinner.

After a period like no other we are really looking forward to welcoming our Old Waconians back to the School site to celebrate our postponed 127th dinner. Due to the cancellation of last year's event we are doubling up the year group reunions and expecting bumper numbers so please book early to avoid disappointment. 

Timings

5pm School tours for reunion year groups

5.30pm Old Waconians' Association AGM

6pm Welcome drinks in the library for all Old Waconians, and private drinks receptions for reunion year groups

7pm Dinner

10.30pm Taxis!
 

Tickets

Tickets for the evening cost £30 and include a three course meal, welcome drink, and tea/coffee.

Please note that when registering additional guests you will need to enter their first and last name, and their email address.

A bar will be available on the night to buy additional drinks.
 

Reunions

We are delighted to be able to offer private drinks receptions before the dinner for the Classes of 1960/1961, 1970/1971, 1980/1981, 1990/1991 and 2000/2001 who are celebrating key anniversaries since leaving CHS. Reunion groups will also be sat together for the meal.

If you are in an anniversary year group and would like to join us at 6pm for pre-dinner reunion drinks, please select this option when registering.

If you would like to take part in a reunion group tour of the School at 5pm please select this option when registering.

Accommodation

The Pinewood Hotel in Handforth are holding a limited number of rooms for Old Waconians at the following rates for Saturday 27th November 2021:

• £85 B&B single occupancy
• £95 B&B double occupancy

With this booking you will be able to cancel and change your reservation up until 4pm the day before arrival with no charge. You can also make payment on arrival. 

Please contact the hotel directly to book at these rates quoting 'Old Waconians'. Book early to avoid disappointment, and by 30th October 2021 at the latest.

68th Old Waconians' Association Annual General Meeting

Before the dinner, at 5.30pm, a short AGM will take place.
