Join us back at School for a memorial football match on Saturday 20th November at 11.30am to honour the memory of Charlie Everton, Class of 2006.

As you will be aware, Charlie Everton passed away in September 2019 following a hard fought battle with cancer. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic we have not yet been able to mark his life as planned, with a football match for the Old Waconian community.

Registration

Please use the registration link by Sunday 14th November to confirm that you would like to attend the match. Please select whether you are planning to play or spectate. If you are playing please also state your preferred position.

Arrival

When you arrive please head straight to the 3G pitch behind the CHS Junior School. If you are playing please arrive in your kit as changing rooms will not be available until after the match. You will need to bring a white top and black top, football boots (suitable for playing on the 3G pitch) and your own water bottle. 

Refreshments

Refreshments will be served after the match. 

The Everton End

Along with his brother Nick, who passed away in 2002 during his Upper Sixth Year, Charlie represented the School in sport during his time at CHS. They were both keen footballers and took part in many overseas tours. To honour their memory and their contribution to CHS sport one end of CHS's 3G pitch has been named "The Everton End".
