150th Bursary Fund |
On 22nd -23rd October, over the course of 24 hours, we asked the CHS community of Old Waconians, to come together and donate to the Amazing Campaign to enable us to provide amazing opportunities for more young people to attend CHS on a Bursary.
A generous Old Wac providedmatched funding, that was unlocked throughout the 24 hours, by first-time donors. This was crucial in the success of the day.
Some of our U6th students also got involved by taking part in a telephone campaign which we ran to help reach even more Old Wacs. Through their conversations they learnt about how CHS has changed over the years, and spoke about the importance of the bursary fund and our bursary students to the CHS community.
Hear more from our U6th students and learn more about CHS’s Amazing Campaign by tuning in to Episode 4 of CHS’s own Ed.Podcast, wherever you stream from (Apple, Spotify etc). And don’t forget to leave a review / star rating, it helps spread word of the students’ brilliant achievements even furthe.
You can still donate to our Bursary Fund to help fund more places for deserving young people.
